Cow PR for Fox's Echo
We worked closely with COW PR to develop ideas that would illustrate
the brands values and enable maximum sampling with maximum impact and
enjoyment whilst working strictly within budget.
Lizard proposed 7 sampling units including a fully branded van for masses
of stock and giveaways with staff dressed in outfits chosen to complement
the brand and activity with the logo emblazoned in glitter.
Apart from handing out a staggering amount of chocolate, the teams ran
a 'face to face challenge' as a mechanism to win a custom made denim bag
stuffed full of chocolate and encourage interactivity with the brand.
One of the many PR activities supporting the campaign was the involvement
of the local radio station Key 103FM. One of our teams was dedicated to
working with the Key 103FM team enabling the activity to run live on the
air. We also accompanied them to the huge fireworks night on November
5th to maximise every opportunity to push the brand message and get Manchester
eating Fox's Echo as they oohed and aahed - we knew the chocolate was
good!
